PACKING

• The shipment must be adequately protected against impacts and falls.
• You should ideally use a special shipment carton for bicycles (cardboard or carton sleeve).
• If you do not pack the bicycle, you automatically relieve us on placement of the order of liability for all damages which could have been avoided if the bicycle was properly packed.

TIP

• Your local bicycle dealer will usually provide a low-cost or free dispatch carton!
• Pedals must be removed, the saddle and handle bars set to the lowest position and the handlebars turned in line with the frame.
• The shipment must be adequately protected against impacts and falls.

NOTE

• Maximum dimensions: 200 cm x 25 cm x 110 cm (L x W x H)
• Maximum weight: 40 kg
• Bicycles which exceed one of the above maximum values, as well as tandems and bicycles with auxiliary motor cannot be shipped at this fixed price.
